How much does it cost?

Rent is $3,950 plus utilities. This is market rate for the area. But this is a co-op building, not a rental building, so you're getting in on a well maintained, quiet building with friendly neighbors who care about who lives here.

Utilities = gas, electric, landline phone and cable tv. The apartment has central air/heat so you can control how much you spend on gas and electric. Cable tv is necessary for basic reception, but you can add whatever channels you like (we only have basic now.)
