All serious inquiries require an application. This is a co-op board requirement.Not to worry, this is not a hoity-toity Manhattan co-op board. They're not looking to keep people out. But you do need to demonstrate financial means to pay the rent. Tax returns, bank statements, letters of recommendation, etc. Guarantors may be okay in the case of students.
Approved applicants will be required to interview with the board before final approval. Skype interview ok if you're not local.
